This single case outer rubber oil seal don’t need inner case,it’s PTFE lip after activation treatment are directly rubber heat vulcanized with outer case.Compared with old type double cases oil seal,the lip of surface after treatment are more wear and form a body after sulfide,avoiding the between of lips and cases happen oil leakage,which greatly improve sealing preface.It is used widely in all kinds of domestic and overseas heavy trucks and passenger cars.
This kind of PTFE oil seal is common and appeared in the market.The old type of domestic vehicle engines,gearbox and foreign heavy trucks,like Cummins,Caterpillar,Mack,Komatsu,etc.are using this kind of oil seal.It’s instead of traditional rubber rotation oil seals,enhance the sealing performance,and greatly reduce risk of leakage,so as to extend the service of the product.

The biggest characteristic of this kind oil seal has the corresponding wear ring (collar) besides oil seal itself.There are two types,with flanges and no flanges.The wear sleeves main function is to replace the crankshaft wear face,avoid axis surface wear or damage,installation is convenient,economical and practical.Foreign vehicles are widely used of this wearing,such as Caterpillar,Detroit,John Deere,Cummins,etc.

There are two types of normal rubber oil seal and ESS low friction oil seal.
Normal rubber oil seal It is a traditional structure style of rotary shaft oil seal,its structure and processing technology are relatively simple,and different kinds of rubber can be selected according to the requirements of use.It is a kind of low-cost oil seal that can be widely used.
ESS low friction oil seal is a wide-lip oil seal improved on the basis of the traditional rubber oil seal.The main lip rubber material is generally selected,such as fluorine rubber or AEM rubber.Its outstanding features are: wide lip holding shaft,good sealing performance,strong follow-up of the shaft,uniform release of holding force,low power loss and heat load,which is conducive to the extension of the service life of the oil seal.
